School News and Updates

*Seniors: There is a sign-up sheet on Mr. Liebrecht's display cabinet to sign up for hotel rooms for the senior class trip.
*Juniors- If you would like to take the Practice ACT please turn in the form and money to the office by Monday. The test will be given on January 13 at 8:00am.
*HS students taking CCP classes: If you are done with your books that you borrowed from the office or the school bought for you, please return them ASAP.
*Anyone interested in playing Jr. High softball, forms need returned to the office by today.
*HS students: please turn in your Exam Permission papers to the office by Tuesday.
*Mini Cheer camp forms for girls grades 5-6 need turned in by Friday, Dec. 19.
*Today is the last day for the food drive!
*The St. Michael's Children's Choir will have an after-school rehearsal on Monday, December 15 until 4:30. All choir members are asked to meet in the choir loft after school.
*Good Job last night to the: Jr. High girls’ basketball who beat Wayne Trace & Jr. High boys’ basketball won over Lincolnview.
Good Luck tomorrow to:  JV/Varsity girls’ basketball at 12:00pm at home against Fort Jennings & JV/Varsity boys’ basketball at 6:00pm at home against Van Wert.
*Christmas in Kalida will be on Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 12-3:00pm in downtown Kalida. The Post Prom Committee will be selling Crumbl cookies. Any leftovers will be sold during HS lunch on Monday, so please bring cash.

Upcoming Events

*Exams: Dec 18th & 19th. Please turn in permission papers to the office before December 16.
*2-hour early dismissal on December 19, 2025- Merry Christmas
*Boys grades 5-6 the holiday baseball camp is Dec. 22 & 23 from 11:30-2pm. Cost is $55.00 If you would like a camp form, please stop in the HS office.

Important Reminders

*If anyone has any old, ugly, nice, unused wrapping paper, please drop it off to the office.
*ALL Book bills are past due! There are 4 students who still owe.
*All students grade 5-8: you are not allowed to have your cell phone on you. All cellphones in grades 5-8 MUST be kept in your locker. High school students: you must dock your cell phones every period, every day.
*Wildcat Cards are available in the HS office if anyone would like one. $10.00
*Please check out the lost and found table. All things will be donated during Christmas break!
