School News and Updates

*Sophomores: a reminder that you are to meet in the Auditeria at the beginning of 8th period to go to Four Season Park.

*Current 6th and 7th grade girls interested in playing volleyball in Jr. High, there will be an open gym at St. Mikes after school until 4:45pm.

*Any Boy in grades 8-11 interested in playing basketball next season, there will be a meeting on Friday during lunch in the gym.

*Cheer AND mascot tryouts will be on Saturday at 9:00am! Practice for tryouts are tonight and tomorrow from 7:30-9:00pm in the HS gym. Mascots need to attend.

*If anyone has any Spanish books please return those to the Spanish room.

*Please check out the overflowing lost and found table.

*Everyone should start cleaning out your lockers.

*Summer Athletic Performance Training for current grades 5, 6 & 7th graders. Please fill out the form and send payment to the HS office by Friday.

*ALL current 6th graders- please return your 7th grade reading order form to the HS office by today.

*ALL current 7th graders- please return your 8th grade reading order form to Mr. Clymer by Friday.

*HS students taking exams please turn in your leave early forms to the office by Friday!

Important Reminders

*If anyone has any empty plant containers, please drop them off in the green house.

*Final Washington D.C. class trip payment is due Friday (May 15, 2026.)

*Sports Physicals: May 9th with Dr. Klir, May 28th with Melissa, and August 6th with Megan. Please call The Kalida Medical Arts to schedule your appointment. 419-532-3952. Anyone in grades 7-12 playing a school sport will need a yearly physical.

*Immunizations: Incoming 7th graders and Seniors, Immunizations are required. If you do not wish to vaccinate, please pick up an Immunization Exemption Form in the HS office.

*Boys and Girls ages 6-15 soccer camp forms are available in the Post Office. Soccer camp will be July 13-16, 2026 at Four Seasons Park. Boys from 8:30-10:30am. Girls from 11-1:00pm.

*Boys basketball Camp: July 20, 21, 22 at the Kalida High School. Boys entering grades 6-8: 8:30am-10:00am, and Boys entering grades 3-5: 10:30am-12:00pm. Cost is $40.00. All forms are due to the HS office before May 21.
